SoWi-Holding GmbH is expanding its network with a strong partner in the field of transformation and organizational development: Together with TMAG, the connection between academia and business will be further strengthened and actively shaped.
As a central platform at the interface between higher education and the job market, SoWi-Holding specifically creates spaces for exchange, orientation, and development. This partnership strengthens this role and brings additional expertise in future-oriented topics such as talent development, New Work, and organizational change.
Companies benefit from structured access to qualified talent and, at the same time, from innovative formats that actively promote exchange with the next generation.
This provides young talent with direct access to current practical issues. They gain insights into real corporate contexts, learn about new work models, and can build relevant future skills early on.
Formats
As part of this collaboration, joint formats will be developed and implemented, including:
- Webinars and impulses for companies and exhibitors
- Content-related program points within SoWi-Holding’s events
- as well as initiatives to highlight talent and innovative approaches in the field of work and organization
SoWi-Holding takes on an active shaping role: it initiates, curates, and further develops formats to optimally prepare students for the demands of the professional world while offering companies real added value in talent acquisition.
Together with TMAG, SoWi-Holding thus contributes to the further development of career formats and to shaping a future-oriented connection between academia and business.
