Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Raffle

Organizer:

SoWi-Holding GmbH, Saline 17, 6060 Hall in Tirol

Raffle Period:

The raffle takes place exclusively during the fair for careers and education ‒ Visio Tirol on

November 26 and 27, 2025, from 07:00 to 24:00 each day.

Conditions of Participation:

1. All persons who are currently attending a school or are employed as teachers at a school are eligible to participate. Partners/employees of SoWi-Holding GmbH are excluded from participation.

2. Participation takes place by posting a contribution or video of the Visio Tirol 2025 fair visit on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

3. The post must link or tag the official channel of Visio Tirol.

4. Each person may only participate once.

5. Contributions with illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content will be excluded.

6. Participants who are minors require the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in the raffle.

7. By posting a contribution, the participant declares that all persons recognizable in the photo or video agree to the publication.

Prize:

The winners will receive €500 for their class fund. The prize will be paid exclusively to the school or the class association, not to individuals.

Determination of Winners:

A jury of SoWi-Holding GmbH decides on the winning contribution according to creative and content-related discretion. Legal recourse is excluded.

Data Protection:

By participating, the participant agrees that the contribution may be used or shared as part of the public relations of Visio Tirol (e.g., on social media or website). The data protection regulations of SoWi-Holding GmbH apply.
