No theory, no study data, just a look at real-world practice. <\/p><p>The collected topics are simultaneously the program: In the upcoming sessions of the webinar series, we will specifically address these pain points.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-818bd29 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"818bd29\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Five Topic Areas Concerning HR<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e23a69a elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e23a69a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. What Does \"Talent\" Mean? And How Do You Recognize It? <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37ebe99 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"37ebe99\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The most fundamental challenge is right at the beginning: a common definition. What is a talent? Is it someone with exceptional technical expertise? With special potential? With a certain attitude? Or with all of the above?     <\/p><p>The responses in the chat showed how different the understanding is. And as long as &#8220;talent&#8221; is not clearly defined, the question remains open: Which future skills are specifically required? Technical know-how, attitude, or both? And how do you distinguish between developing all employees and targeted high-potential programs?   <\/p><p>This lack of clarity runs through all other challenges \u2013 it is, in a sense, the root.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f7c1bc elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3f7c1bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Recruiting in Transition: Outreach Is Becoming More Difficult<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94fd6c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94fd6c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Finding qualified candidates is no longer a given \u2013 not even for companies with a strong employer brand. Applicants no longer automatically respond to job postings. Those who want to attract good talent must actively reach out to them.  <\/p><p>At the same time, the process is under pressure: speed vs. quality \u2013 how do you find the right balance? Many companies that recruit decentrally face another challenge: departments must first be convinced that applications today look different than they did five years ago. Bullet-point lists in job postings are no longer sufficient. A best-case job ad was sent to all participants following the webinar.   <\/p><p>In addition: AI-generated application materials can hardly be distinguished from genuine ones anymore. What counts is what lies behind them \u2013 and that can only be discovered in conversation. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e9f4be elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5e9f4be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Generations &amp; Expectation Management: Patience as a Scarce Resource<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0aa88b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0aa88b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Young talent today comes with clear expectations: meaningful work, quick responsibility, direct impact. This is fundamentally a strength, but it also requires the willingness to adapt to existing structures, gain practical experience, and understand that good ideas take time. <\/p><p>The challenge does not lie in the generational conflict itself, but in expectation management: on both sides. Companies must make development paths transparent and provide clear guidance. And new hires must <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">understand<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\"> the difference<\/span> between strategic thinking as a competency and strategic responsibility as a result of experience.  <\/p><p>Gender and generational gaps also play a role \u2013 and make the task even more multifaceted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c92b979 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c92b979\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. The focus is frequently on external searches, even though potential is <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">lying dormant<\/span> right on site<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">.<\/span> <\/p><p>How do you recognize which employees can and want to take on more responsibility? How do you create processes and a culture that systematically promotes internal development \u2013 not just sporadically, not just for a selected group? And how do you prevent good people from leaving the company because they see no internal prospects?  <\/p><p>These questions touch not only HR, but also leadership culture and organizational development.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4264600 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4264600\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Strategy vs. Stakeholder Expectations: The Daily Balancing Act<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec5b5dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec5b5dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>&#8220;We need someone by the end of the month.&#8221; This sentence is everyday reality for many HR professionals. The pressure to deliver quickly regularly collides with the aspiration to recruit and develop strategically and sustainably.  <\/p><p>In addition, there are structural complexities: establishing uniform HR processes and systems across different locations or countries is a challenge that ties up a lot of energy. And at the same time, HR should become increasingly visible \u2013 not just as an administrative unit, but as a strategic partner. <\/p><p>The balancing act between operational daily business and strategic foresight is real. And it is not getting any smaller. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9f0ad3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f9f0ad3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Summary<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17baa49 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"17baa49\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What connects all these topics: At its core, it is always about assessing people correctly \u2013 their potential, their willingness, their fit. A major challenge for HR professionals who must not only manage processes, but truly understand what competency means and how it develops. <\/p><p>The challenges are real, they are complex \u2013 and they are shared. That was perhaps the most important insight from this session: HR professionals are not alone with these questions.
