    Across the EU, companies are facing the challenge of finding qualified young workers.<\/strong> The increasing competition for young workers is taking place at all levels of education. In many cases, however, companies are unclear about what exactly young employees expect from a job and what information they need when choosing a potential employer. This information gap is to be closed by the CAREER Lab. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Through scientifically sound surveys of potential workers<\/strong> and modern statistical analyses, companies should gain insight into how they can optimize their offerings on the labor market<\/strong> and provide job seekers with a coherent picture of future professional practice. This also has extremely positive effects for companies in the area of employer attractiveness (\u201cEmployer Branding\u201d). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
